WHERE THEY LIVED
The Creek, (also known as the Muskogee,) lived in the southeast United States.Other tribes like the Sawokli merged with the Creek's.The picture above is a Sawokli indian who merged with the Creek's. The Creek occupied Georgia, and Alabama in the Colonial period. They lived in the 1500's.The Creeks lived in the Eastern Woodlands.

WHAT THEY ATE ? WHAT THEY WORE ? WHAT WAS THERE RELIGION ?
They ate acorns, hickory nuts, and grew there own rice.They hunted bear and deer.They also ate fish when near water.
Women wore deer skin, and consisted wrap around shirts and mantles. They also wore moccasins. Men wore buckskin breach clothes and leather leggings, and moccasins.
They believed in European,Spain,France,and England beliefs. The Creek women always crop veggies and fruit. The women and the girls picked fruits and nuts.
One of their advancements were playing stick ball. This game is very similar as the game Lacrosse.
Another of there advancements was making beaded dolls. Girl Native Americans played with the dolls almost every day.
The men and women decorated their bodies with Trible Tattoos.The men fought with spears,nets,and hooks.
In war they fought with bow's ,arrows,tomahawks,or war clubs.The kids kids favorite game was throwing a dart through a moving hoop.
HOW THE CREEK INDIANS SURVIVE
The Creek Indians survive by hunting in the summer and they storage the food for the winter.The Creek's always stick together at home in the winter but the men and the boys went hunting in the woods.The girls help thier mother with chores.
THE CREEKS CRAFTS
The Creek women made baskets,woodcarvings,and glazed pottery.The men made canoes to go fishing.There name Muskogee come from a old creek band.And the girls made beaded dolls..
